Used to do low level surveillance, their great fuel economy allows them to linger for hours. They can be employed over cityscapes to search for criminals, or over battlefields to observe enemy troop movement.
*Inspired by the aerial drones in the movie Dredd, I didn't use them as a reference but just as general inspiration

Simple, but as a drone it is effective.
I do like that you've put that Stormer XL foot to good use, and the binoculars as thrusters is also a really neat idea.
